[LM_NET] AR labeling

 Lots of responses.  It'll take awhile to sift through them.  Then I'll
post a hit.
Someone asked about the NCA points being docked.  It was during a school
improvement session and the school lost points for accreditation because
of the way they labeled the AR books.
