[LM_NET] SEC: school newspaper

Hello. Our principal has asked me to compile info from those of you
secondary people whose schools have newspapers. Could you please let me know:

How often you publish
Is the paper connected to a class
What is your budget
Who does your layout (in house or outside?)
Where do you print (in house or outside?)
How many copies/how many pages per issue?

And any other info/problems/ etc you think we should know.
