Robert Sabuda has a selection of pop-up Christmas cards he designed for the 
Metropolitan Museum of Art.  Pretty pricey, but fun and out-of-the-ordinary.  I 
always get compliments when I send out his cards.

I just saw where he is selling some of them on his website, as well.
