Hi everyone, I realize this may be a state by state situation, but I am wondering if any of you have good ideas for where to find this information. I just had a teacher approach me and ask where to find property line laws. What he is wondering is if there are restrictions on what a person can do with a property line. His neighbor changed the land that was level and did a 3 ft. vertical drop to his side. The teacher feels there should be some kind of guidelines as to whether the neighbor can do that. He has checked with county officials, but they told him nothing. Any thoughts, ideas or common experiences? This is a non-reading teacher who often ridicules the library, so I would really like to come back with an idea. I was very surprised he approached me - he must be desperate :-) Thanks in advance!
