Here are  two sources on the web for author name pronunciations. The
first one is maintained by LM_NETter  Gayle Hudor. I do notice that
Paulette's name is not on this list so perhaps Gayle will add it.

The second one is quite a humorous one from Hornbook written in 1996 by
Jon Scieszka.
