As we left it last week, I had put in a call to a supervisor regarding
the less then professional customer service I have been receiving since the
beginning of the year. Since then, this wonderful supervisor, Judy, has spoken
with me twice. She has been very hands-on and of course very apologetic.
She assured me that these techs did not follow their policies and will be
retrained. She is also putting me in touch with her manager who heads the whole
tech program at Sagebrush. I look forward to speaking with him this week. I
will bring you up to date when I have more news.
