[LM_NET] TECH: TAB key won't function in IE

Somehow, I managed to lost the functionality of my TAB key in Internet
Explorer.  More specifically, it functions, except when going from
login to password fields on websites.  Any ideas?

I already tried digging around in Internet Options, tried the Help
files, checked the IE support site, and I can't find anything.  :(
