[LM_NET] HIT: Books about walking safety

I originally posted the following TAR:

Rathmann - not just traffic safety, but safety in general (buddy
system).

A BIG thanks to those two people!  I'm still looking for further
suggestions, so if anyone has any ideas, bring them on and I will
