I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is anything like what we are looking for!

My district is going to a zero budget system-- so from what I understand, we have
to have all of our orders for NEXT school year in by January...which means when new
stuff comes out (say the new Harry Potter) we won't be able to get it for at least
a year after bec we will have been done spending for the year.

Anyway we were talking about JLG and how if there was a similar type program that
say gave you new best-sellers that we could do that (since we'd have budgeted ahead
of time). Anyone know of anything like that??

(I hope this made sense! We are all so frazzled with this change of how the budget
will be done...my mind is mush!!)
TIA!
