Hi everyone, I am doing a project for a children and young adult programming course at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. My project concerns mapping the old-fashioned arts (ventriloquism, magic, drama, puppets, and storytelling) with curriculum for grades three and four. My professor said I could ask anyone anything to find resources for this project. I would appreciate any suggestions for books (both fiction and non-fiction), videos, web sites, field trips, or artifacts that would be useful by teachers or students seeking to learn more about these old-fashioned arts. Please send your replys to ckreps1@utk.edu, and I will post a HIT. Thank you!
