[LM_NET] target: picture books on compassion

Every year my principal enjoys reading a picture book about compassion to
all of our students at the Christmas assembly. In the past these books have
been used...

Silver Packages by Cynthia Rylant
The Lady in the Box by Ann McGovern
The Bear's Christmas Surprise by Bruno Hachler
The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein

I'm having a difficult time finding one this year. Any suggestions?
Something along the lines of giving to the needy would probably work also.
