[LM_NET] TARGET: Damaged books

At my school we charged based on the damage to the book.

   Major water damage-cost of the book
   Ink/pencil marks-50 cents a pages
   Marks on the cover/edge of a book-$5.00.
   Missing pages-$1.00 per page
