[LM_NET] TARGET: Easy historical fiction for HS Spec Ed

Thank you for the many suggestions I received when I asked for novels that a World 
History teacher could use with Special Ed students for medieval times and the 
Islamic world (they already use So Far From the Bamboo Grove for WW II). Here are 
the suggestions, with reading levels and descriptions.
