[LM_NET] Are You There God? It's me Margaret

Hi,

I work at a grades 3-5 library, I used to be just grades 3 and 4, and I
would love to add Are You There God? It's Me Margaret to the library
collection. I remember reading it in third grade ( I went ot a K-5 school
and all of Judy Blumes books were together) and I love it. I read it over
and over again.

I loved this book this book as a child and I think my students will love it
too and I would like to add it to the collection but I am concerned because
the content is somewhat controversial about bras and periods and questioning
a belief in God and I guess I am concerned about how parents of third
graders might feel if their child bring this book home.

Do you have this book in your collecion if you have these grades? Have you
had any problems? Do third graders read it or just fourth and fifth?
