[LM_NET] TECH: trouble opening clip art in MS Publisher

Recently, our tech people installed MS Office 2000 on my computer, along
with Publisher. Since then, I have had trouble opening up imported clip art.
Most of these files are in .wmf format. I keep getting the same error
message along with a code number and I cannot open the file. I have tried
trouble shooting advice on the MS clip art website to no avail.

Any suggestions? Your help would be most appreciated.
