Hello,
This is my first time posting...
One of our science teachers would like to read a certain science
fiction short story to his classes, but he can't remember the title or
author. The teacher thinks that the short story is from the 1960's or
early 1970's.
Here is a description of the short story from the teacher. A man or
astronaut is thrown into space in his space suit from an exploding
spacecraft. The man knows that he is going to re-enter the Earth's
atmosphere, and he starts thinking about what is going to happen to
him when this happens. While waiting for re-entry, he is menaced by
meteors. The man does eventually re-enter the atmosphere.
Does this short story sound familiar to anyone?
