[LM_NET] TARGET: Elementary Scheduling

This is my first year as a librarian.  I work in an elementary school with
flexible scheduling for grades 2-5 and fixed for grades K-2.  My resource
teacher is now researching a fixed schedule for next year.  I have not been on a
fixed schedule as a librarian, only as a teacher.  Can you give me some quick
pros and cons of this type of switch in schedule?
