[LM_NET] Target: Latin America only

Dear colleagues in Latin America,

I would like to get an idea of recruiting procedures for International School 
librarians around the region.

Could any one working in schools any where in Latin America please let me know :\


a)  Does your school hire only trained librarians ?
b)  Does your school recruit librarians in the same way it recruits teachers?


I will post a hit once I've got some results
