Dallas and Florida are a set a trouble twin orphans who live
in an orphanage never believing there is anyone nice. One
day an eccentric older couple asks to have them for several
months. The two groups (twins and couple) slowly grow
closer living in the magical place called Ruby Holler. The
owner of the orphanage hires a local guy to try and steal
from the elderly couple. This 310 page book is about a
loving couple learning to adjust to a new group of children
(theirs have moved away) in a magical place. There are
short chapters that make it a good read aloud. It would
also be a great discussion starter too... seeing how the
loving couple reacts to the various situations the trouble
twins cause.
