Our K-12 private school library has received a donation of about 70 paperback books from a teacher. The books are classics that we could use and are in good condition.... other than that the front covers have been cut on all of them. Also, they are marked "not for resale." My understanding is that they were donated by the publisher to some library where they were given away. Questions: Is it OK for our library to use these books? I am assuming so, since they have not been resold. How could I repair the covers so they would be servicable? Thanks for your help; you are a great resource!
