[LM_NET] TARGET: x-mas tree book title

Dear Co-workers (that is how I think of you!),

A friend is looking for a picture book about a small pine tree that hopes to
one day be chosen as someone's Christmas tree.  Alas, he never does get
picked, but one day he is chopped down for what he thinks is firewood. At
this point , he is merely hoping to warm a person sitting by a hearth.
Instead, he is thrilled to be carved into a manger. Does anyone know the
title of this book? I'm betting someone does!
