We keep one year back, except for issues containing something "big" (9/11
for example). Just yesterday, I had three classes of Physical Science come
in to use back issues for Journal Reports. We also have students who use
them for Science Fair and Health Fair project reports. More than a year
back and it's old technology anyway.

I would like to know if other librarians are keeping back issues of
magazines anymore? If any are, how many years back do you keep them? I
find that shortage of storage is always a problem. Does anyone else
have problems with magazines.
