Tar: Elem. Library Lingo

I would like to create my own version of "Library Lingo" (Bingo) for use
with
my classes. If you have samples of questions and setup and are willing to
share them, please send them my way. If you have any other advice about
creating or playing this game, please feel free to also send those ideas. I
will post a HIT when I reveive enough replies. Thank you in advance for
