Visiting other school libraries

Thanks to the collective LM_NET I am beginning to vist some schools on my s=
abbatical. I am putting together a list of questions for the librarians a=
nd the teachers I will meet through their collaboration with their librar=
ians. However I will have the opportunity to ask other questions. I looke=
d through the archives and did web searches looking for a worksheet I can=
 use for these visits. Has anyone done intervisitations for a school or d=
istrict and had to use a particular template? Any suggestions would be mo=
st welcome. I am still compiling a list of libraries to visit I haven't y=
et finshed reaching out to those who have contacted me. TIA, Viviane
