These are the responses to my request of opinions on the Stretchy Library Lessons: Grades K-5 (Stretchy Library Lessons) by Pat Miller There are 3 books in the series Lisa Oldham 1)These books are great! Lots of ideas for elementary grade levels! I have the Reading Skills, Library Skills, and Research Skills, and have used them all. 2)I have 2 of them, Library Skills and Research Skills. I have used the Dewey Decimal lesson from the first one last year and the kids liked it. 3)I love them! I have all of them...highly recommended. 4) Yes, I have used the stretchy lessons. I have had success with them. I mostly use the Research and Library Skills books. 5)Yes, I really like them. Although I don't follow them word for word, I get some good ideas from them 6) I was not that impressed with the one I bought just got them recently, but am planning to use several of the lessons with my kids. Many were very clever and had lessons that could be done in short time spans or stretched into longer lessons. I'm excited about using them Lisa Oldham Librarian Infant and Junior Library Greengates School Mexico oldham@greengates.edu.mx -------------------------------------------------------------------- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
