Overseas email penpals needed

Greetings from the chilly Adirondacks,

We have a computer skills teacher who is looking for email penpals for her
students (4th or 5th grade--ages 9-10). She would prefer email penpals from
outside the U.S., and English speaking would be necessary (although French
might be possible). Does anyone know of any possible classes or schools who
might be interested?
