New ideas for Children's Book Week

Who has some unique, cheap ideas for Children's Book Week?   We've done =
SSR, had guessing contests, last year students paid to wear hats to =
school and donated the money to the Public Library (which was destroyed =
by a fire).  Please help this old stagnate brain - I need something new =
and fun for my middle school this year.
