We are considering using the new Jon Scieszka(sic)

book Science Verse as our district (all grades) One Book

selection. We are excited about it, but it has a poem

about evolution and the big bang. We are going to

get permission from our Supt. And the school board,

but we are wondering if this is a battle we want to

fight all year long. We are in a very conservative district

near the White House on the Plains.

What are your thoughts?
