TARGET; AR listserv

I am trying again to get into the AR listserve.  I can find it in the Yahoo Groups 
but since it is for members only I don't get a box with "to join".  Several people 
have asked me to share the info.  Maybe someone out there jsut didn't asnwer 
thinking I had already received a reply. Thanks.
