Welcome back. I don't know about all of you, but I've hit the ground
running this year. Usually the first few days are quiet, but not this
year.

I have two students who have purchased text books for their program
(Diversified Health Occupations) which came with a CD in the back of the
book. The CD's are of medical terminology that they have to learn.
Both of these girls have lost their CD's. Would it be permissible to
make a new copy for each of them from another student's CD? Could this
fall under the archival rule? They are asking because they do not have
equipment to burn a new CD at home.

Thanks for any help that you can give me. I've check Carol Simpson's
Copyright for Schools and it didn't answer my question.
