Oh, wise ones who can think faster than I can! My enrichment class (i.e., gifted) teacher came to me before i had my computers up this a.m. and asked me for a book to read to her group about respecting each other. She first asked for a book about diversity and how no matter how different we are, we're all still kids and all have something to offer. We kept talking and it boils down to the fact that two of her boys have no respect for each other and don't get along at all. She wants something to read to the group that they can discuss and see if that will help with the situation. While I'm thinking about it, I'm asking y'all to think about it with me. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Nancy Dickinson, Librarian Hillsboro Elem.
