Before anyone else writes - or becomes misinformed by what I wrote.. I was
wrong.
Thank you Dan, Carol and Jori.  I wrongly inferred that when the video
cover stated "Pubic performance of any kind, including, but not limited to,
school and library showings..." that it meant any showing in schools.  The
three aforementioned people all pointed out my error: public performance in
school is NOT the same as instructional use.
I was used to the "Home use only" and "Public performance warning, but when
this specifically mentioned schools I panicked.  Thank you again Dan, Carol
and Jori.
