TARGET: web hosts

Hi, All -

We are using IBM's Learning Village for our teacher
web pages and interactive bulletin boards for students
and teachers.  It is our understanding that this will
no longer be available after this school year.  What
are some of the alternatives?  We are not necessarily
looking for free services.
