[LM_NET] TARGET: MID: Reading Inventory

I am looking for a reading interest/ preference inventory to use with my 6th
and 7th graders that will assist in targeting genres they would enjoy.  My
dream inventory would include a questionnaire, scoring guide, and even lists
of books in that style.  Of course, I'll take anything along these lines
that you may have.  I've spent time searching online with little success.
Thanks in advance... I know someone out there can help me!
