[LM_NET] AV stipend

In our teacher's contract, the two librarians in the corp. (myself included)
have for the past 35 or so years received a $800 stipend for doing AV work
in the library and for the teachers.  The past two years the superintendent
has decided not to pay this and we have had to file a grievance to get this
paid.  Next year the super has stated he will not pay it no matter what (our
corp. is not in financial disorder).  We have then said we will not do any
AV work but I know this will probably jeopardize our job.  I guess what we
need for all of you is to know if you get paid a stipend for this kind work
also, how much or in what form is it done, your thoughts on this matter, and
if you have been in this situation before.
