[LM_NET] TARGET: placement of bar codes

I'm getting ready to bar code our collection for the first time and I'm
trying to decide where to place the bar code label on each book. I'm leaning
towards inside the front cover (to avoid covering up text on covers and
protect the label from wear and tear), but would like to know what y'all
think. Anyone have an opinion on why one place is better than another? I'll
post a hit if there's enough interest.
