[LM_NET] HIT: Grant sources

I've not gotten a single lead on a grant source for new computers for
the library, but several people asked for a HIT. One person suggested
that we go to a thin client system. Unfortunately, that doesn't help a
computer that struggles to turn on. These boxes are just plain worn out!
