[LM_NET] Literary Criticism - The Red Pony

Hello,

I need some major help with this one please!!!

An 8th grade teacher has approached me with doing a "literary criticism" project 
using The Red Pony by John Steinbeck.

My part in it is not addressing the symbolism, etc., but to provide her honor 
students with the resources necessary to put their ideas into a research paper. She 
would like me to help with the MLA format works cited, etc., but she would really 
like me to provide the necessary materials to assist them with the literary 
criticism project.

Any suggestions for resources I could use, would be greatly appreciated.

This type of project is a "little" above what I have done with my 6th and 7th 
graders thus far :-).
