[LM_NET] AV Safety Straps

Netters,
I am new to NC (recruited from TN) but for common sense reasons, all of our 
equipment is straped down. I use bungee cords (the flat kind) they are inexpensive 
and very secure. My Principal asked when we opened this school last year if I had 
the straps so I assume they are desired if not required.
