serve hot cocoa and cookies?
We aren't allowed to serve cookies except on 2 days during the year because
of the FMNV law. We have chosen to allow them at the party the last day
before Christmas vacation and the last day of school. We weren't even
allowed to give a small peppermint to students during state testing. Our
Kindness Tea we have during the week of Valentines day to honor students who
consistantly display positive character traits had to give up the usual
Valentine cookies in favor of veggies and ranch dip.
How are your schools handling this?
