INQUIRY: Have you also been contacted by the Educaton Purchasing Service
offering you E-School Funding for 10 Computers costing $297 each? It is
signed by Charles Baker E-School Funding. Regular price of each computer was
$629. They say we are one of only 30 schools in the state to participate in
the E-School Funding Program. Is this on the up and up?
Each computer would have:
Intel Pentium 4 processor- for amazing speed and performance
256MB DDR RAM
40 GB UDMA Hard Drive
52X CD-Rom Drive
Premium video and sound - For enhanced colors and graphics
Full Connectivity with LAN/USB 2.0
Soft Touch Keyboard & Scroll mouse
Internet Ready
1 Year parts and Labor warranty
1-800 Priority customer service and tech support

Our Tech. Person is turning it down because you have to purchase it within
the NEXT THREE DAYS; There is no info on processor speed, too little memory,
no monitor, no warranty after the first year, no brand name, and no
indicator of what the network card speed is.
Is this a scam?
Thanks for your input.
