There is another issue here: can recycled paper also be
made acid-free? For the preservation of library materials,
acid-free paper is best, and most books these days I believe
are printed on such. I think there can be paper made both
from recycled materials that is also permanent (acid-free),
but it is a concern. GraceAnne
