[LM_NET] TAR:Scheduling in Large Elementaries

I am looking for some new perspective on scheduling. Is anyone out there in
an over 1000 student elementary very pleased with your ability to meet the
administrative, collaborative planning, teaching, etc. aspects of your
librarian/media specialist position?  I have a minimal number of student
assistants and no  parent volunteers or library assistant. Would you be
willing to share your priorities/time management skills and schedule that
allow you to successfully meet library and librarian goals and objectives,
while maintaining a sense of humor, focus on student success, and pleasant
outlook on life?

Hoping we all have a successful and rewarding  school year!
