[LM_NET] GEN: Drug Education Money

We are given money each year for drug education (must be spent on
violence and/or drugs) and have been able to use it at each individual
school. Now we need a school-wide committee that will develop a program
for the school and let each school plug into that program.  Do any of
you have suggestions on good programs at all levels?  We have a
trememdous number of arrests for meth labs in our area and worry about
the consequence of that on our children (sort of like the effects of
cigarette smoke or fetal alcohol syndrome). Our character ed theme this
year is conflict resolution which fits into the violence theme.  Any
help or suggestions on programs that you are using will be appreciated.
