[LM_NET] Target: short story "The Gift" by Courrant

I need access to the short story "The Gift" by Helen Courrant. It was posted on a 
scholastic website lesson and I cannot locate this with my limited resources for 
short stories here. I did some basic internet searching, ipl.org, Gale databases, 
Michigan's guide to searching for short stories, but I'm having difficulties. If 
anyone can locate this, could you please share with me your search strategy for 
finding this short story?
