[LM_NET] TARGET: Site Testing Coordinator

Just curious-who is in charge of standardized testing in  your schools?  In
our division the guidance counselors at the middle and high school do this,
but our elementary schools do not have guidance counselors so the librarians
are in charge of this.  It comes towards the end of the year which is a
hectic time w/ inventory anyway, and they have to close their library for 1-2
weeks at a time to fullfil this responsibility.  You may respond to me
