Hello to those of you still at school ...

We have just completed a most successful Book Fair - thanks to the great support
from Top Tales
(http://www.toptales.com) - and I have selected those books we wish to have as our
commission. I
am the only person who knows what the total is, and tomorrow I am going to put the
piles on the
staff room table and have staff estimate what the value is. There will be a prize
for the person
closest to the correct answer, but the real prize will be when the realisation that
such a small
pile represents such a large amount sinks in. I am hoping that it might help my
argument about
needing more money in my budget!

Evidence-based advocacy again.
