Thank you to all who responded, Follett does not have a report that will let you know who has which copy checked out; however if you "extract the data" from reports <Copy Status by list> it is possible. Thank you for sharing Susan Beall, your instructions were wonderful! And many other LM_Netters wanted instructions. Click on Extract Data Using Excel http://www2.lft.k12.la.us/kb/Handouts.htm Also, this is not the first time this question was asked, Caroline Frick, Library Media Specialist, McIntosh County Academy suggested: I called Follett w/ the same question and they said no, but to suggest it on the website. I did, for what it was worth. Maybe if a bunch of us suggest it... That would be a GREAT feature. Other automated softwares do have a "history" report that makes this much easier. But again thank you Susan, your instructions are just as easy! Great job. Don't forget Follett Talk for support! Sincerely, Roberta Z. Is there another way other than going to cataloguing and checking one by one? Thank you for your assistance, and please reply to me, for I am still with no_mail since the Thanksgiving holiday.
