[LM_NET] When you want to talk by phone to a "real person"

This web site is loaded with shortcuts to automated phone calls that require 
multiple layers of listening and poking in numbers & symbols to get to a real 
person to discuss your concerns, etc.  It appears to be regularly updated, so check 
it often.  This is not a hoax; the information came from the Today Show from NBC 
this morning, December 8, 2005.
