[LM_NET] GEN: Copyright

Recently someone asked for actual instances of someone being fined for 
copyright violations. While the question was in the context of schools, 
today's news has a story about some businesses that got caught. The 
story mentions the hotline, which started the investigation. A call to 
that same hotline by a disgruntled parent or student might result in 
similar fines being levied against one of our schools if we're not careful.
